Streams activated

The streams for the AssemblyTV broadcast of 2006 have been activated. You can access the streams by clicking the "View stream"-button on the left or by clicking here. There are now 2 servers each for the 512 and 1024 kbps streams.

Where AssemblyTV can be seen?

So, you have been thinking about where AssemblyTV can be seen in television here in Finland?

The answer is as follows.

AssemblyTV can be seen on Dina which is distributed by Welho. You can watch AssemblyTV as a digital broadcast in Welho`s cabel network if You have a digibox and a Welho-program card. AssemblyTV can be seen in Dina channel without any extra expense. If the channel doesn`t show up in your television, do a new channel search in your digibox. There are over 300.000 households under Welho`s network in the areas of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen.

And that`s not all! AssemblyTV can be also seen on Diggari which can be seen on 700.000 households all over Finland, making it possible to watch AssemblyTV for over 1,5 million viewers! If you aren`t sure that Diggari can be seen on your area, you can check the coverage of the channel by clicking here.

We have our stream services up and running also this year to provide AssemblyTV to those viewers who aren`t living in Finland and/or are unable to come to Assembly'06 for a reason or another. As mentioned couple lines down from this, stream viewing guide will be added to the pages on monday (Saturday 31th of July).

Program schedule and stream viewing guide

Only five days left to the beginning of Assembly'06. As all the other crews are working hard, Livecrew (the crew responsible for producing AssemblyTV) is working hard to make ourselves ready for the beginning of the broadcast.

The program schedule will be added its link on the left during this saturday (29th of August), and the stream viewing guide and the stream relaying guide will be added during monday (31st of August).

DTV Tour 2006 will cover Assembly

Assembly and AssemblyTV are proud to announce that the Demoscene TV 2006 Tour will cover Assembly 2006. This means that DTV will relay the AssemblyTV stream live during the event and a DTV tour crew will produce original reports on site at Assembly 2006.

Demoscene TV and AssemblyTV have also lined up some premium DTV material to be shown on AssemblyTV. These include partyreports from Breakpoint 05, Demozone 05, Buenzli 05 and Evoke 05, DTV's brand new Scene Awards 2005 among others. Part of the material will also be shown on the big screen at the partyplace.

The new layout of our webpages begins the celebration of the 15. anniversary of ASSEMBLY from AssemblyTV`s part. The webpages will be updated many times during the summer and the spring, e.g. our new media gallery will see the daylight.
And to make sure that You wouldn`t forget the approach of ASSEMBLY when viewing our pages, we have added a counter so the excitement of the anniversary year could get a good start at Your home too.
